Recovering after Trauma

EMDR is a powerful technique that helps clients process and unburden traumatic memories. I often begin this work by assisting clients to identify and strengthen internal resources through breathing or visualization exercises. I have completed training with the EMDR Institute


I was trained as a yoga instructor at MOSAIC in San Diego, and I guide other yoga instructors in creating trauma-sensitive yoga classes through OG Yoga.
